OM The Tathagatha explained the causes of phenomena born from causes, and their cessation — thus has the Great Renunciant spoke. The Heart Essence of Interdependent Origination mantra is the heart essence of the awakened realization of all buddhas gathered into one. To write, read, explain, or listen to the words of this mantra, or to practice its meaning can have unfathomable benefits, ensuring the most excellent outcomes for all activities of our body, speech, and mind. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to register and participate in these teachings.
Preparation
Set up a clean and inviting space in your home with a comfortable meditation seat to do the practice live with Rinpoche at the set times. Ideally, you have a personal shrine and make daily offerings on the retreat days. For those of you who do not have a formal shrine set up, the live video streams will take place from the shrine in the main temple at Katog Rithrod, and daily offerings will be made and present as a support for all.
