The Four Applications of Mindfulness

with Khentrul Rinpoche

Webcast

May 16 - 17, 2020

After careful consideration and with sensitivity to all that is going on in the world, we have decided to not have anyone travel and gather in person for teachings this spring.

Instead, Khentrul Rinpoche will be presenting The Four Applications of Mindfulness to the South/Central Sanghas via live webcast to your web browser. This decision is for the protection of each and every one of us and our many connections, near and far, from the uncertainties and risks of the global coronavirus epidemic.

As Rinpoche wants to continue to offer dharma teachings, we hope that you can participate from your homes. All you need is a device with internet service. We ask that everyone participating register/donate by May 12th. We will email all registrants on May 13th with details about how to join the teachings.

The Four Applications of Mindfulness

Since profound wisdom should be joined to every practice, it is important to learn the four applications of mindfulness for uniting vipashyana with formal meditation and informal practice. These are the application of mindfulness to the body, the application of mindfulness to sensations, the application of mindfulness to mind, and the application of mindfulness to the dharma.
