Taming the Wild Horse of the Mind - Part 2

with Khentrul Rinpoche

Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia

July 4 - 5, 2020

Seven Point Mind Training is the crucial and unsurpassed foundation for bringing about both temporary and ultimate happiness through transforming our mind. Originally taught by the renowned Buddhist scholar Atisha, these seven key points are methods for bringing about change from within through the cultivation of qualities such as love, compassion and patience, with an emphasis on carrying adversity onto the path. This teaching is easy to apply in one’s daily life, possesses great potency and is extremely effective. Because these skillful methods for training the mind (Lojong) and meditation are complete in and of themselves, they are like a wish-fulfilling gem.
