Ngondro: A Preliminary Practice for Deeper Vajrayana Training
Part Two

with Khentrul Rinpoche

Katog Jana Ling, Salt Lake City, Utah

March 20, 2020

After careful consideration and with sensitivity to all that is going on in the world, we have decided to not have anyone travel and gather in person for teachings this spring. Now Khentrul Rinpoche will be presenting the Ngondro:  A Preliminary Practice for Deeper Vajrayana Training Part Two using the Zoom Platform (a live internet app). This decision is for the protection of each and every one of us and our many connections, near and far, from the uncertainties and risks of the global coronavirus epidemic.

As Rinpoche wants to continue to offer dharma teachings, we hope that you can participate from your homes! All you need is a device with internet service. We ask that everyone participating register by March 16th and then we will email all registrants details about how to join the teachings on  March 17th. below schedule for details.

The ngondro is a series of nine separate practices that ready the mind for the profound instructions taught within Vajrayana. These practices spiritually mature the mind and deepen our meditation, thus preparing our mind to understand higher teachings.

This training is for serious practitioners who consider themselves Buddhist, and who have prior training in shamatha meditation and lojong.
