Khentrul Rinpoche will share advice based on a teaching given by the great 14th century Tibetan master Longchenpa. Longchenpa is renowned as one of the most important teachers of dzogchen, the teachings on the nature of mind. His instructions are timelessly relevant, crossing all generations and cultures, coming right to the heart of our modern day lives.

These teachings comprised of a series (“garland”) of advice for practicing the dharma. The dharma is the collection of methods for eliminating suffering and attaining happiness accomplished within our own mind without the need to be dependent upon the outer objects and circumstances that surround our lives.
